Returns

We hope you will be happy with your order from Zac and Mo but we understand sometimes you need to return or exchange items.  

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return items to us within 21 days of receipt. They must be unused, in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to return your item:

1)   Complete the return slip which came with your order telling us why you are returning the items.
2)   Repackage the items securely in appropriate packaging and enclose the return slip.
3)   Address your package using the address details on your return slip and take it to the Post Office. We recommend using a secure, traceable service to ensure the package reaches us safely. You are responsible for covering the cost of returns*.
4)   If the items are returned to us in a re-saleable condition we will issue a full refund. We aim to process returns within 7 working days of receipt.
5)    We will send you an e-mail to notify you when your refund has been processed.

*Unfortunately we cannot cover the postage costs for returns but we won’t charge you for additional postage if you request an exchange.

What if my item is faulty?

Of course, we will do our best to avoid sending out faulty items but on the rare occasion this happens, please contact us at customerservice@zacandmo.com.
