What happens when I complete my order?

As soon as we receive payment for your order we will send you a confirmation email. This includes details of the items you have purchased and the shipping option you have selected. We will send another email when your order has been shipped.

If there is a problem with your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.


How will my order be shipped?

This depends on the delivery option you choose. We offer the following options:

Standard UK delivery: FREE*

Our Standard UK delivery service usually takes 3-5 working days (but can sometimes be quicker). *For a limited period, we're offering FREE Standard delivery anywhere in the UK.

Please note: although we dispatch orders from our warehouse as quickly as possible, Standard UK delivery is not a guaranteed timed service. If you need your items urgently, we recommend upgrading to the Next Day delivery service.

Next Day UK delivery: £5.90

For next-day delivery we use Royal Mail's Special Delivery service. This is a trackable service and will require a signature. If you have any special delivery instructions for us please make a note in the box on the Shopping Cart page.

Orders must be placed by 12 noon to guarantee next day delivery.

Although we will do everything we can to achieve next day delivery throughout the UK, some areas including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands may take slightly longer. Next day delivery is not available on Sundays.

Standard EU delivery (Airmail): Free*

We now offer standard (Airmail) delivery to all European Union (EU) countries. This takes up to 7 working days (depending on internal postal services). *For a limited period, we're offering FREE Standard delivery anywhere in the EU.
